Right-wing political commentator Nick Fuentes messed around and found out what happens when you try misogyny on 21st century women.
Fuentes, whose YouTube page was shut down for hate speech, is so far right he criticizes the president-elect for not being more reactionary.
He’s a compilation of the worst impulse of the current political climate.
He’s a White Supremacist.
He’s an anti-Semitic Holocaust denier.
He’s the founder of the Groypers, an alt-right group of incel regressives.
Once the presidential election was decided, Fuentes decided to celebrate by posting:
“Your Body, My Choice”
Around the same time, a woman who approached Fuentes’ home was attacked by him, pepper-sprayed and pushed down his front steps.
Angry women responded by doxxing him.
“Doxxing” is the malicious public publishing of private information.
Fuentes’ private address and phone number were published online.
Realizing that sisters were doing it for themselves, Fuentes moved out of his home.
In a laughably appropriate turn of events, Fuentes is rumored to be living with his mother.
(And people think God doesn’t have a sense of humor).
Fuentes famously had lunch at Mar-A-Lago with the president-elect and the artist formerly known as Kanye West to patch up his differences with the Orange Menace.
Fuentes says that the president-elect is “imperfect,” and his followers are cultish.
But he nonetheless celebrated his reelection, and doubled down on the reaction to his misogyny:
"It was sort of a joke, you know, because it's based on what all these women have been saying which is 'my body, my choice. And can we just be honest? They are so annoying. So shrill, so annoying. And let me remind everybody—women were willing, objectively speaking—they were willing to destroy the country to keep the right to kill their own children in the womb. That is what most women in this country voted for. That's all the Democrats offered."
“There is a very serious point underlying it, which is that women actually deserve to be mocked for this. Not all women obviously, not women who are mothers, not women who are married, not women who are Trump supporters and the like, but we are talking about a very pernicious faction of women. They may be the majority...and they are radical, shrieking, shrill, whining b****** and they are ruining this country.”
He also stated:
"Women should not have the right to vote, women should be treated differently to men in society."
These are the type of people who support the president-elect.
They have no respect for anyone but White men.
Doxxing is a very dangerous tactic and one originated by the far-and alt-right to attack and intimidate.
In these perilous times, when marginalized groups are hurt and frightened, no one should be surprised when these groups take extreme action.
People like Nick Fuentes should be very careful.
This is 2024, not 1924.
Women, minorities, and other disenfranchised groups have power, resources, and influence, and are not afraid to use them.
Nick Fuentes should contemplate these things.
For now, he will be doing this thinking from the safety of his mother’s basement.
He’s a terrible human.
